Who is this course for?

Staff training in basic rescue techniques and knowledge of emergency procedures is advisable when working within 3 meters of water. This course is suitable for environmental, construction, highways, civil engineering, groundworks, or leisure trade delegates.

Aims and Objectives

This course is designed to provide personnel who may be working near the water with sufficient knowledge to be aware of the hazards created by this environment. This course is predominantly classroom-based, with the content being related to their work environment. The training provided in this course will enable students to identify the risks around them and be able to apply safe systems of work to prevent them from being placed in danger.
