• Enter and exit high risk confined spaces safely
• Use equipment and tools safely
• Follow working procedures and work safely
• Deal with emergencies
• Understand the principles of working in high risk confined spaces
• Understand standard protocols for working in high risk confined spaces

Entry Requirements / Prerequisites

• Must be medically fit to enter high-risk confined spaces and wear breathing apparatus (BA).
• Must be capable of using:
• Escape Breathing Apparatus (EBA)
• Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
• No formal academic qualifications are normally required.
